SKG Nutritional Consulting is committed to transforming the food and dining industry by integrating health, science, and flavor. Founded by NaKisha Black, a seasoned professional with a B.S. in Nutritional Science, an A.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology, and two decades of expertise in herbal studies and certifications, SKG offers a distinctive approach to health-focused menu consulting. We partner with restaurants to create delicious, nutrient-dense menu options that meet the needs of today’s health-conscious diners, ensuring each dish is both satisfying and accessible.

In addition to our work with restaurants, SKG extends its mission through Project LIFFE (Low Income Food and Fitness Education), a nonprofit initiative aimed at empowering low-income families with practical, wellness-centered resources. Through Project LIFFE, we provide hands-on guidance in budget-friendly meal planning, cooking demonstrations, fitness education, and herbal gardening, helping families embrace healthier lifestyles despite financial challenges.
